Volt is immediately hiring for Production Associate III in Anaheim, CA. $24.00 - $25.00 per hour.

As a Production Associate III you will:

• Operate and maintain production machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production problems.
• Inspect and test products for quality.
• Record production data and outcomes.
• Interpret assembly drawings and blueprints.
• Assemble and test products to quality standards.
• Identify and address production issues.
• Monitor performance and make adjustments.
• Follow established production methods and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with a team to meet production targets.

This is a full time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• IPC Solder certified
• Electrical/Technical
• Clean room experience
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of production and manufacturing experience.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, testing, and production.
• Experience in electronic product manufacturing within an ISO9001 environment.
• Ability to learn various production processes and follow instructions and safety protocols.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Organized and capable of managing production components.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and a fast-paced environment.
• Effective time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing 20-30 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business application software (ERP, SAP, MRP, SaaS).

Pay Rate: $24-25/hour
