Solution Architect - Industrial Manufacturing Operations (AI/ML)

Title: Solution Architect
Location: Carrollton, GA hybrid on site. Only considering candidates local to NW Georgia.
Duration: 3 to 5 months. Potential multi year extensions.
Compensation: $110 to $120 per hour W2
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Solution Architect with expertise in AI/ML applications in industrial manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing AI/ML solutions that enhance production efficiency, improve machine uptime, and optimize overall manufacturing processes. This role will involve leading proof-of-concept (POC) projects and scaling successful solutions across multiple plants. We need to be driving innovation and operational excellence through cutting-edge technologies like AI/ML, Industry 4.0, and digital twins.

Industry areas: industrial manufacturing, specializing in industries such as wire and cable, automation, paper and pulp, and lumber.

Skillset / Experience:

Must have a proven record of developing successful proof of concepts for AI/ML in heavy manufacturing environments.

AI/ML Implementation: Develop and implement AI/ML models to optimize production throughput, improve quality, and increase machine uptime in manufacturing operations. Focus on predictive maintenance to forecast equipment degradation before failures occur.

Industry 4.0 & Digital Twins: Leverage Industry 4.0 technologies and digital twin models to simulate and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient operations and minimal downtime.

POC Leadership: Lead a proof-of-concept (POC) at one plant with a limited number of production lines. Upon successful completion, guide the expansion of AI/ML solutions to over 30+ plants globally.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, plant managers, and IT specialists, to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML solutions with existing technologies.

Data Integration: Utilize data from Rockwell Collins PLCs, Siemens PLC that feeds the data through Kepware and snowflake. The data is taken from G historian/G prophecy and then into snowflake cloud running on GCP
