Solutions Architect (Jersey City)

Experis/ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Financial Services organization for a Solutions Architect to assist their team.

Job Title: Solutions Architect
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Pay Range: $70+ per hour.
Long-term contract on W2.

Architectural Vision & Solution Design: Define and evolve the architectural vision and solution architecture in alignment with enterprise strategies, focusing on Oracle Fusion, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, Linux/Unix, Shell Scripting, Exadata, and Golden Gate. Ensure that the solution is fit for purpose by working closely with stakeholders and evaluating the impact of strategic design decisions.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Lead the shaping of high-level architecture, ensure flexibility and modularity, and work with development teams to clarify architecture and resolve impediments. Collaborate with business and technology teams to create the solution intent, prioritize technology-focused backlog items, and support the implementation of business epics/features.
Quality Assurance & Best Practices : Perform design and code reviews to ensure non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and scalability are met. Educate team members on technology practices, standardization strategies, and best practices, while continuously improving architectural designs and templates through practical knowledge and experimentation.
