We are in search for a Sourcing Manager. The Sourcing Manager - Media and Advertising Technology will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive global category strategies that drive value for the organization. This role involves managing the end-to-end sourcing process, from spend analysis and supplier relationship management to crafting competitive contracts for Media and Advertising Technology.

You will work closely with key stakeholders, including legal, privacy, and compliance, to ensure that sourcing strategies align with the business's goals and are compliant with company standards. The ideal candidate is an expert in Marketing procurement, capable of leveraging market trends, data, and supplier relationships to drive innovation and cost-efficiency across the category.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and project needs.
• Lead and manage the full sourcing process, including spend and market analysis, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and pricing agreements.
• Negotiate the best possible pricing, concessions, and terms to meet savings and budget expectations.
• Draft, review, and redline governing agreements, work orders, and other relevant contract documents.
• Partner with legal, privacy, risk, compliance, and security teams to conduct due diligence.
• Use data analytics to identify additional category sourcing opportunities and drive a sourcing pipeline to deliver commercial value.
• Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes, and develop a strong market point of view (POV).
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners globally.
• Develop strategic supplier relationships to ensure competitive advantages, supply assurance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage key suppliers using Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) tools and industry best practices.
• Monitor progress to ensure savings and performance targets are met.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of Marketing procurement experience, with advanced knowledge of sourcing in Marketing categories.
• CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to leverage data for business decision-making.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration to define shared visions and actionable strategies.
• Strong attention to detail, independence, and capability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, with a positive attitude and the ability to meet critical deadlines.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 to $40 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
