Sourcing Specialist responsibilities include searching social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails and organizing an effective employee referral system. Responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.Works with hiring managers to identify each position's requirements. Posts and manages job postings on various job boards, social media, etc. Collaborates with Talent Consultants to update/create search engine optimized job postings.Creatively source for talent using various tools such as social media networks, job boards, search engines, resume databases and portfolio sites, etc. to identify and connect with potential candidates. Send recruiting and follow up emails to attract qualified candidates. Utilize internal and external resources for hard-to-fill roles.Maintains and markets a positive BH public image. Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals for current and future vacancies. Identifies associations, organizations etc., for diverse recruitment. Attends and assists in the planning and execution of in-house career events, and external job fairs, etc.

Education: Bachelors in Human Resources Development or related field.

Experience: 3 years of related experience.
