Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding culinary experiences while supporting our Executive Chef in managing all aspects of food production and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily food production and kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish.
Assist with ordering, preparation, and presentation of food to meet our high standards.
Manage and train kitchen staff, set schedules, and foster a collaborative and productive environment.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation, while maintaining cost-effective practices.
Lead by example, mentor team members, and contribute to their professional growth.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen.
Strong understanding of food production techniques, culinary operations, and staff management.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Creative approach to food presentation and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards of food quality.
