Required Qualifications

  • As a senior leadership position, exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential requirements for success in this role.
  • The ideal candidate is an experienced people manager with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Culinary degree in operations, management or a related field
  • 3+ years of people management experience in a fast paced environment.
  • 3+ years must be in a senior management role with P&L or full budget responsibility.
  • Demonstrated understanding of food service financials, managing cost, defining budgets.
  • Cooking skills.
  • CDM / Serve safe- a must - ability to obtain local certifications for Massachusetts.
  • Proficient in -excel , outlook , meat tickets systems.
  • Able to travel throughout the New England region.
  • Knowledgeable in all regulatory CMS . FEDERAL and local regs.
  • There will be some weekends and holiday work when necessary.

Responsibilities
  • As the Regional Director, you will be responsible for effectively managing over 10 culinary departments.
  • This pivotal role involves overseeing team coordination, fostering strong relationships and support with each of the centers.
  • Maintain the highest level of working relationships with all departments and colleagues.
  • Overseeing and responding to all grievances from residents and families when requested
  • Creating a harmonious work environment with a can do attitude and hands on approach with resolutions and problem solving .
  • To ensure all facilities are survey ready with local / state / federal compliance .
