You're Excited About US Because You Will...

-Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and will provide general spa orientation. You will offer guests amenities such as water, robes, towels, slippers, refreshments, etc.

-Maintains cleanliness of reception areas, treatment rooms, sauna and steam rooms, restrooms, spa/salon locker room, fitness center, and lounge areas.

-Provide the highest level of customer satisfaction by listening and understanding guests' needs and desires.

-Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority, otherwise will refer the matter to management.

-You will Demonstrate respect, sensitivity, and concern for guests' needs in a professional manner.

-You are over the age of 18 years.

-You are willing and able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Work schedules will include working on holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.

The expected hourly rate for this position is $19.00 . The actual rate offered will be at the sole discretion of the company and determined by relevant experience, qualifications, and skillset of the final candidate. A full-time team member in this role is eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, educational reimbursement, and paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.
