The Opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring for a full-time or part-time Spa Bath Attendant to join our team at The Gideon Putnam in Saratoga Springs, New York. As a Spa Bath Attendant, you will be a valuable member of the spa and beauty team providing services and experiences for guests. You will greet guests before their mineral bath treatment and ensure they receive a relaxing experience at the spa.

Responsibilities

• Set up treatment room with the proper lighting, music, and linen.
• Draw mineral bath ensuring the water level and temperature are adequate.
• Greet guests professionally, offer beverages, and escort them to their treatment room.
• Provide guests with an explanation about the mineral bath experience.
• Maintain a calm, quiet atmosphere for the guest experience.
• Follow all proper sanitation and hygiene procedures.
• All other duties assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a spa setting preferred.
• Working knowledge of beauty and spa treatments preferred.
• Must have an enthusiastic and service-orientated attitude.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
• Ability to remain stationary for the entire length of shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift items up to 50 lbs.
