Spa Supervisor- $1,000 Retention Bonus

The Spa Supervisor forms a professional and operational partnership with spa management. This requires a comprehensive knowledge of all spa positions and their function, and includes furthering guest relations, managing payroll, scheduling, promoting safety and sanitation, and other administrative duties. This supervisory role supports staff development, addresses associate interests, and plays an active role in achieving a positive work environment. The rate of pay for this position is $22.00/hour. Eligible for a $1,000 retention bonus which would be paid out after 30, 60 and 90 days of employment.
