We are currently looking for a Full Time Special Projects Technician to join our Roads Program Special Projects Unit team located at the Roads Department Building working .

Summary:

Assists with identification and implementation of maintenance for road, bridge and driveway needs of Chickasaw citizens.

Responsibilities:
* Receives and assists Chickasaw elders to prepare driveway repair applications and supporting documentation
* Reviews Driveway Program participants applications to determine eligibility as set forth in the Private Driveway Repair Policy
* Makes on site evaluation of eligible applicant's property prioritizing the applicant's level of need
* Makes recommendations to the Special Projects Manager for planning purposes to facilitate program services and delivery
- Coordinates crack sealing operations and project traffic control with County forces
- Assists Special Projects Coordinator in the accumulation of data and preparation of a variety of narrative and statistical reports as directed
- Assists Special Projects Coordinator in coordination and performance of burial services as necessary
* Performs general maintenance of assigned vehicles and equipment
* Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types
- Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner
- Partners with internal and external services as needed to ensure appropriate referral is made
