Job Description

About the Role:

You'll manage website content to ensure its accuracy, quality, and relevance. The primary responsibilities include creating, editing, and updating web pages, blog posts, articles, images, and videos. You will work with partners and subject matter experts to gather new content, revise existing content, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and style standards. Publishes content using content management systems, improve it for search engines, and organize it. Monitoring content performance, collaborating with teams, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements are also part of the role. You'll help provide a seamless user experience, promote website engagement, and maintain the integrity of website content.

You Will:
  • To manage our website content. This includes creating, editing, and updating web pages, blog posts, articles, images, videos, and other digital assets.
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of website content, you will review and proofreading content for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors, and verifying that it aligns with brand guidelines and style standards.
  • Publish approved content on the website using content management systems (CMS) or other publishing tools. Ensure that the content is formatted, optimized for search engines, and accessible to users.
  • Coordinate with your team to understand and translate needs into relevant web content development plans.
  • Respond to customer requests, troubleshooting, reported problems on the applications performance and reliability.
  • Understand how the association's web applications work with different systems and business processes to ensure they operate smoothly. Research and remain informed of new technology and development tool
  • Contribute to training materials or instructions for end-users. Can apply the understanding of DevOps and software engineering best practices to influence design and implementation approaches and solutions wherever applicable.

You Have:
  • Experience in advanced (e.g. Tier 2 or Tier 3) software support including Web Content.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field.
