The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates and treats individuals with communication and swallowing disorders, developing personalized therapy plans to enhance speech, language, and cognitive-communication skills. They work closely with patients to improve their ability to communicate effectively and safely ingest food and liquids.

The Speech-Language Pathologist must have:

• Graduated from an accredited Speech Therapist college or university
• Valid license and registration for state of MD
• Experience with long-term care preferred
