We're looking for a compassionate, forward-thinking Speech-Language Pathologist who excels at assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses and devising creative but effective treatment plans. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each of the patients.
• Communicate and coordinate with patients' physicians to ensure consistent care.
• Visit patients in their homes and at other facilities on a limited basis.
• Evaluate and report on patients' progress.
• Communicate with office staff.
• Complete all dictation within a timely manner.
