Speech Language Pathologist

Job description:

Diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Creating treatment and therapy plans to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of patients.

Performing screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.

Additional Details

 Shift: Day Shift; Monday-Friday; 8-5

Call requirements: possibility for call while no speech coverage (~ 2 weeks); for Stroke Evaluations only (since I have been here I have only had to call speech in 1 time for this over a 5 year period); my full-time speech therapists will cover otherwise

Required experience:

2 plus years; Need Pediatric outpatient experience; Inpatient swallowing experience; and modified barium swallow experience.

Certs/ Licensure:

Licensed Speech Therapist in Kentucky
