MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Must hold a valid California Speech Language Pathology Services Credential
• Master's degree or higher degree in Communicative Disorders and Speech Pathology from a regionally-accredited college or university.
• Valid license issued by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board
OR
• Hold a valid California Multiple Subject or Education Specialist Instruction teaching credential and be willing to enroll in a Speech Language Pathology Services Credential program

2. A letter of introduction;
3. Three (3) letters of recommendation dated within six (6) months, one (1) of which shall be from the prior/immediate supervisor of the applicant;
4. Copy of credential(s); and
5. Transcripts.
