• Check out residents' speech and swallowing skills with fancy assessments.
• Craft and rock personalized treatment plans based on assessments, resident goals, and doc's orders.
• Work your speech therapy magic with articulation, language, cognitive - communication, and swallowing tricks.
• Keep tabs on resident progress and tweak treatment plans as needed.
• Team up with other cool cats in the interdisciplinary crew for optimal resident vibes.
• School residents and families on speech therapy goals, plans, and home play.
• Keep the speech therapy records shipshape.
• Dive into meetings, learning sesh, and projects to amp up quality.
• Stay in the loop on speech therapy trends and rules.

What You'll Need:

• A shiny Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of the job.
• At least 2 years of healthcare magic, SNF experience preferred.
• Know-how on speech therapy rules and regs.
