- Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
- Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
- 100% travel to the patient's homes to provide care.
- Full time 40 hours per week.
- Monday-Friday.
- Patient population is pediatrics.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Therapy program
- Licensed by the State of Ohio to practice Speech-Language Therapy.
- Previous home care experience preferred.
- Primarily Adult rehab with some cross coverage of pediatrics
