*** Contract position for 12+ months; contract can be extended; contract to hire is possible.

*** REMOTE WORK -- however, preference will be given to candidates who are either local or can relocate for on-site work (hybrid schedule) to: Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH, Birmingham AL, Dallas TX, Phoenix AZ.

Splunk Engineer :

- Work on two major projects: deploying Amazon Cloud tools, integrating them into Splunk Cloud, and deploying Splunk Cloud

Qualifications :

- Experience with both Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud Platform, including move / migration from Splunk Enterprise to Splunk Cloud Platform
- Experience with AWS Kinesis Data Firehose onboarding mechanism (candidates with experience limited to Kinesis Data Streams will not be considered)
- AWS Security Services : GuardDuty, Inspector, Detective, Security Lake, Security Hub and CloudTrail
- Terraform scripting
- Ansible
