Summary:

Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for accounts payable invoice coding, data entry, check processing, employee and independent contractor expense reports, filing and various general accounting assignments. This position interacts with employees and vendors.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • New vendor setup including collection of proper tax forms (W-9, W-8, Form 8233).
  • Ensure invoices are in accordance with pricing and terms of executed contracts.
  • Obtain proper approval for all company expenditures before processing invoices.
  • Post invoices into the accounting system.
  • Generate/process accounts payable checks and wires.
  • Research vendor statements, phone calls and discrepancies.
  • Process employee and independent contractor expense reports in accordance with company policy.
  • Assist in updating T&E policy.
  • Assist with creating/documenting Accounts Payable process.
  • Concur user-training and assistance.
  • Work with Concur on any issues connecting to NetSuite.
  • Processing of all tax withholding payments.
  • Processing and processing purchasing cards.
  • Back-up support for other functions in the accounting area.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Education and Experience:
  • 5 to 7 years work experience in expense reporting and invoice processing in an Accounting Department of various sized companies.
  • Accounting or business degree preferred.
  • Experience with Concur Expense Reporting and Netsuite required.
  • Experience working with various foreign currencies preferred.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficient.

Position Type/Work Schedule:

Full Time, 40 hours a week. Typical schedule will be Monday-Friday.
