The Senior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the assigned area and staff in a professional and courteous manner.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to perform related duties and task, including but not limited to: Supporting the VP, GPD, and Practice Managers for the Cardiovascular Product Line. Prepare meeting agendas and take/transcribe meeting minutes. Submit employee reimbursement requests via InComm, as well as reappointment fees/medical staff fees via Non-PO Invoices. Assist with provider licensure renewals. Will be a point-of-contact to medical staff to assist with new and reappointment applications for privileges at Community hospitals and affiliate locations for physicians and APP's. Capable of learning and working with medical-related websites. Provide support the day of Annual Cardiovascular Symposium. Edit UKG Pro timesheets. Be available for miscellaneous and intermittent projects as needed.
  • No license required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 5 years secretarial experience preferably in the healthcare field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite with a minimum of keyboard speed of 50 WPM.
  • Strong computer skills including experience with intranet and internet usage, and web-based applications.
  • Excellent communication, phone etiquette, organizational, and professional interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate discretion when managing confidential and sensitive information.
