Sr. AEM Developer

Job summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience for the role of Sr. Associate - Projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AEM Backend and experience in the Payer domain. This role involves developing and maintaining AEM solutions ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects that align with business goals.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in AEM Backend development with proven experience.

Have experience in the Payer domain understanding its specific requirements and challenges.

Demonstrate knowledge of AEM Authoring AEM Frontend AEM system engineering and AEM support engineering as nice-to-have skills.

Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Show proficiency in optimizing applications for performance and scalability.

Display excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Have a strong understanding of security and data protection measures.

Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

Show experience in conducting code reviews and maintaining code quality.

Have a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and technologies.

Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
