Overall purpose of job:

Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. Customer Services and Capabilities is the centralized customer service function for the US Customer Experience team leading sales order management functions on behalf of J & J franchises, within the U.S MedTech.

The Sr. Analyst role will manage high risk, high dollar end to end dispute management with a focus on the customer experience. This person will use deep problem solving and analytical skills while leveraging established processes to make key decisions in the dispute process.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

This role requires working within a collaborative environment, across CS&C and Deliver Revenue as well as supporting other supply chain partners on key initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify as Deliver Revenue subject matter expert for dispute resolution with a focused portfolio on key accounts, managing end to end process from researching and resolving the dispute to adjustments if necessary
  • Lead Deliver Revenue project initiatives and improvement projects to address root cause of disputes, identify failure modes, make recommendations, and lead the projects to remediation
  • Support goal attainment by providing dispute trends and insights to prioritize decisions
  • Provide guidance and escalation support on complex issues to remove obstacles and expedite dispute resolution
  • Present data to key stakeholders that support status and progress of dispute resolution goals
  • Support management with specific analysis and reports to drive proactive account portfolio management and discussions with customers and key internal business partners
  • Perform analysis on complex revenue issues and partner with other business contributors as appropriate to resolve issues and execute opportunities to improve against department metrics
  • Use Process Excellence tools/concepts to deliver accurate root cause analysis, trending patterns and process optimization for the Deliver Organization
  • Lead or participate in functional area and department projects that improve cash flow, reduce deductions, and streamline manual processes


Qualifications

Essential knowledge and skills:

Required

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority
  • Mastering Complexity / Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving
  • Customer Relationship Management Skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Strong Computer Proficiency (primarily Microsoft Applications such as: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI)
  • Finance knowledge and work experience in any of the following areas: Disputes, Accounts Receivable, Deduction Management, Collections, and/or Supply Chain Customer Service of Order Management, Reverse Distribution/Logistics, and/or Distribution


Preferred

  • Working knowledge of Franchise ERP system SAP USROTC, FSCM, Salesforce.com
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.)
  • Working Knowledge of Visualization programs (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SOX, GCC and/or GMP requirements
  • LEAN/Process Excellence Knowledge and or Project Management Experience

• This is a Part-Time position.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $76,000 to $121,900. (this range represents the potential pay for a full-time position, pay for part-time work will be adjusted to align with the reduced schedule)

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

  • • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
