The Senior Analyst, Sales Strategy & Operations - Process Improvement will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales operations efficiency and effectiveness. This role is responsible for analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that drive operational excellence across our sales organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of successfully managing process improvement initiatives within a sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate current sales processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to understand business requirements and ensure alignment of process improvement initiatives with strategic objectives.
  • Design and implement process improvements using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or similar frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, and workflows.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of process improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct data analysis to evaluate the impact of process changes and identify further optimization opportunities.
  • Drive change management efforts to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams to facilitate understanding and adherence to new processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on sales operations processes and best practices.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, process improvement, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement projects within a sales or business operations environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or similar frameworks.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt).
  • Experience with sales analytics and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
