Job Title: Specialist, Aircraft Maintenance - Production Planner & Control Station

Job Location: Greenville, TX

Schedule: (ie 9/80, 4/10, etc...) 1st shift 5/40 schedule (7a.m.-3:30p.m.)

Job Description:
  • The Aircraft Maintenance Planner organizes the maintenance requirements for a multi-million-dollar inventory of aircraft, plus Aircraft Engines, Landing gear, and Propeller and associated aircraft support systems.
  • Maintains and ensures the accuracy of Aircraft Historical Documents and maintenance data essential for the accuracy of Aircraft Maintenance Inspection Plans. FAA's primiary POC to confirm data and provide updates to inspection results.
  • Attend and actively participate in daily, weekly, and monthly production schedule meetings.
  • Inform Requirements and Program Leadership of maintenance issues or limiting factors that could affect aircraft schedule.
  • Coordinate and at times lead Aircraft Project Schedules in CAMP for large inspections and Drop In Aircraft Maintenance.
  • Liaison with Hangar Management to coordinate Aircraft scheduled work on induction, current work status, and return to service expectations.
  • Lead and provide CAMP aircraft records research analysis in support of scheduled maintenance.
  • Assist the Requirements Team in performing Aircraft Conformity Inspections.
  • Assist in administrative duties for aircraft records keeping.
  • Use computerised maintenance management systems (CAMP) in order to facilitate effective, follow up of the work undertaken in maintenance facilities and off-sites.
  • Communication Skills that can identify and document and provide solutions to recurring problems, patterns of neglect, or other issues that could lead to equipment failure or other safety concerns.

Job Qualification Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
  • Important to note: This position has the ability to be filled at 1 level lower with the following education & experience level requirements for Level 1-Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must be proficient in SAP.
  • Must have an understanding of Aircraft Maintenance Documentation & Documentation Process. Important to note: You do not need a technical background in aircraft maintenance to be considered (i.e. aircraft mechanic)
