Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Sr. Business Analyst for a contract opportunity with one of our largest clients located in Detroit, MI!

Title: Sr. Business Analyst

Location: Detroit, MI (Remote)

Duration: 6+ Months

Role Type: W2 contract engagement

Engagement Description

This role will reside with the Consumer Transparency group within Digital Experience. This group is responsible for owning and maintaining the enterprise Provider Directory as well as consulting into other groups on "Transparency" related topics.

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience

• Have a basic understanding of the health care industry, preferably with healthcare Transparency, and benefits design
• Ability to understand data models and perform data analysis
• Ability to perform testing to confirm business requirements

Required Skills/Experience

• Requirements elaboration and experience
• Experience with Iterative, Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Jira, Teams and Sharepoint a nice to have
• Ability to lead, direct, and work with cross functional team
• Strong skills with Microsoft suite of apps - Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Self-starter is a must
• Have a basic understanding of the health care industry, preferably with Provider Search, Transparency, and benefits design
• In depth knowledge of business analysis related to developing and maintaining IT solutions
• Ability to track multiple projects with varying complexities and timelines
• Ability to understand data models and perform data analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education/Certifications

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
