A Day In The Life

As a Sr Bus Intelligence Lead you will:
  • Define and advocate for best practices in the visual delivery of information through effective reporting and visualization techniques.
  • Lead and support the BI Community of Practice, promoting best practices in business intelligence across the organization.
  • Lead the development of strategic reporting and visualization assets that support key program initiatives.
  • Collaborate with corporate IT to define and deliver a technology platform that supports ad-hoc and enterprise reporting needs.
  • Design, build, and maintain sophisticated reports and interactive dashboards using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Develop compelling visualizations to communicate insights from data analysis and AI initiatives.
  • Work closely with various business units to understand data requirements and translate them into meaningful and actionable information.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through thorough validation and testing processes.
  • Provide training and support to business users on effective use of reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in BI technology and data visualization techniques.


What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
  • Advanced Degree Pref
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, SQL, and data modeling.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and educate stakeholders on data-driven insights.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in guiding and mentoring team members and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or other relevant certifications.


Physical Requirements

The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.

Travel Requirement:

Minimal travel is required for this position (up to 20% of the time and on a domestic basis).
