Insight Global is looking to hire a Sr Client Service Specialist to work for a large financial services company. This role is hybrid and can sit in Charlotte, Pittsburgh, Chicago, or Houston. You will work with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources. This role is responsible for leading team members in providing support to major clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed. You will be working directly with CLOs and CDOs, handling monthly reporting and cash reconciliations.

Required Skills & Experience

* 3-5 years of banking industry experience
* Client Service/Operations experience within financial services.
* Corporate Trust background.
* CLO/CDO background.
*CLO reporting experience
* Finance/accounting, compliance/reporting, reconciliation background
