The Sr. Content Marketing Manager will be instrumental in developing impactful content that clearly communicates Radial's brand promise, unique value propositions, and product positioning on digital platforms and elsewhere. In this role, the Sr. Content Marketing Manager will work closely with Marketing Colleagues, Product, Corporate Communication, Sales, and other cross functional peers to identify and solve for messaging and content needs. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for building processes and infrastructure necessary to maintain editorial calendars and content generation across the marketing department.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and manage content and editorial calendars that align with industry trends, seasonality, and strategic marketing plans.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing colleagues and cross functional peers to write, edit, and produce impactful content that aligns to our strategic goals, increases engagement, and converts leads. Includes: white papers, eBooks, listicles, infographics, briefs, emails, social posts, video scripts, and web content.
  • Establish goals and clearly defined metrics of success to measure the quality of content, audience growth, engagement, and content reach
  • Understand content trends and competitive messaging to continuously improve branding and positioning.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a centralized library to help ensure the entire organization is using most current and approved messaging and assets to promote Industrious across all key audiences
  • Be responsible for building processes and infrastructure necessary to maintain editorial calendars and content generation across the marketing department.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Publishing, Communication or Content Marketing
  • Experience building infrastructure for content management processes and calendars
  • Proven ability to generate quality content across multiple channels
  • Exhibit analytical skills and ability to report on content engagement quality of content, audience growth, engagement, and content reach
  • Track record of developing and managing multiple programs simultaneously
  • Ability to build plans and processes from the ground up
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and collaborative skills.
  • Experience managing outside vendors
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functionally and act as a positive agent of change
  • Experience with project management software, CMSs, and WordPress
  • 5-7 years of experience in journalism, publishing, communications, or content marketing role.
Travel:
  • This position can be remote in the US.
  • Travel is not required.
