The Sr Coordinator, Resident Support Services position pe rf o r m duties to manage a portfolio of communities and their related to accounts under attorney status and/or research functions, within the limits of standard or accepted practice.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Pe rf o r m a comprehensive review of resident ledger reports relating to accounts under attorney status and apply payments and/or perform adjustment accordingly with disbursement letters.
  • P r epa r ation of transfers, refunds (previous-current owners), Third Party Collectors and Attorneys.
  • R esea r c h inquiries and/or accounts as requested by managers, homeowners or the Financial Reporting team and make appropriate adjustments
  • R espon d to all research cases assigned through the Customer Care Center inbox in a timely manner.
  • Manage Banks and ClickPay inquiries
  • P r oces s all attorney payments, corresponding charges, and reconcile the account.
  • P r oces s cash receipts and adjustments for all legal account.
  • M anag e and maintain Special Assessments for accounts under collections.
  • P r epa r es Affidavits of Indebtedness when required by attorney.
  • R esponsible for clearing the credit history when applicable.
  • Manage Property Manager and Customer Service inquiries
  • Manage adjustments (charges and/or credits).
  • Manage reclassification of payments and/or transfers.
  • Manage certificate of title (Write-Offs).
  • Manage waivers per request through research.


Skills & Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Accounting/Business or related field from an accredited college or university, and three to five years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and industry experience. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business preferred.
  • Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.
  • Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules. Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies.
  • May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work.
  • Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management.
  • Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned.


Travel:

Work involves no or minimal travel.
