Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Sr. Customer Support/Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries related to Client  accounts. Your ability to respond with accuracy and efficiency while meeting key performance metrics will be essential in delivering World-Class Service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support:
    Handle incoming calls regarding service inquiries on Client accounts, ensuring a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Product Knowledge:
    Provide functional support for Client  Cash Management products and services, as well as the Client Online (client website) and Mobile app.
  • Account Management:
    Address general account or financial-related inquiries effectively.
  • Performance Metrics:
    Consistently meet key department performance metrics while maintaining a focus on quality and service.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Multi-tasking:
    Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and adjust quickly to changes in a busy financial services center.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education:
    • College degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Previous contact center experience is highly desirable.
