The Technology Services Optimization Offering works with clients to transform their technology services and operations and provide enterprise-wide service transformation using ServiceNow. Working with Chief Information Officers, Technology Executives, Service Owners (HR, IT, Customer, Field Service, Project Portfolio Management) and their teams, they help to establish an operating model for technology, attentive to NextGen and advanced technologies, new and evolving service models for technology and the operational expectations of an organization.
The opportunity:
The GPS practice is seeking strong government consulting professionals to support clients looking to modernize and transform IT operations within their organizations. Our multi-faceted approach to solving our clients' biggest problems incorporates a suite of technology tools and accelerators, frameworks, and team members with broad backgrounds and experience to bring results to our client.
As a Deloitte professional, you will drive the improvement of digitally enabled organizations by conducting any of the following:

As a Deloitte professional, you will drive the improvement of digitally enabled organizations by conducting any of the following:
Candidate will provide data analytics for integrated project reporting and analysis to support our client's programs charged with planning, acquiring, and managing the operation of technology and capabilities to keep our borders safe and facilitate travel and trade. Representative responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the integrated project team to compile, collate, integrate, and transform large sets of data into simplified, meaningful, and actionable trends and visualizations.
- Use data analytics to develop, populate, and analyze dashboards for transparent, real-time project, program, and portfolio measurement results and metrics.
- Route analyses, dashboards and performance measures to executives and managers to inform strategies and decisions.
- Access and manipulate data from multiple systems and platforms
- Identify interrelations and connect data and information across modern techniques.
- Support the maturation of data quality.
- Support the transformation of business process through automation.
- Analyze program and project cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality data for trends and issues common across the program management office to identify areas needing management attention or new strategies and opportunities to improve.
- Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable achievement of reporting goals.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- TS clearance or Secret clearance through DHS/CBP
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 5 - 7 years of experience
- Experience utilizing Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) in PowerBI
- Experience with SQL
