The Sr Data Analyst, Power BI Developer utilizes data and information to build solutions to answer questions and identify business intelligence solutions to opportunities. This entails working with internal customers to identify their needs, identifying and assessing data sources that can be used to satisfy those needs, and building complete and sustainable solutions. The analyst will integrate data from disparate sources to provide new insights, and will design and develop visualizations, interactive dashboards, and other displays to communicate results effectively. The Sr Data Analyst, Power BI Developer will demonstrate mastery of multiple tools and competency with a number of other data management and analysis techniques to accomplish their tasks. The Sr Data Analyst will engage independently or with minimal direction on various work assignments. The Sr Data Analyst, Power BI Developer may also lead projects or components of larger projects.

Education

Bachelors Degree : Computer Science or related field (Required)

Experience

5 Years development experience in Data Analytic technologies (Required)

5 Years experience in Power BI, DAX language and data modeling (Required)

5 Years experience in requirement analysis, design and prototyping (Required)

Previous experience with SQL and RDBMS technologies (Required)

General Experience and Knowledge of Azure DevOps (VSTS) (Preferred)

General Experience with EPIC, HER and Claims (Preferred)

General Experience working on project teams (Preferred)

Previous Experience with healthcare industry (Preferred)

License/Certifications

EC - Epic Certification (Preferred)
