The Apple Services Engineering (ASE) organization owns the development and innovation on Apple's cloud-centric products and experiences for users all over the world, including iCloud+, Photos, Mail, Messages, FaceTime, Calendar, Notes, etc. We are the foundation on which Apple's software developers build the products that our customers love. Our multi-disciplinary data team plays a fundamental role in this mission by partnering closely with product, engineering, and business teams to develop a culture of leveraging data to inform and shape our strategy.



Description
The Data Scienctist role sits at the intersection of Data Science and Data Engineering, with an emphasis toward building out amazing data products (e.g., dashboards, visualizations, and other self service solutions) that push the iCloud organization forward and enable better product experiences for Apple users all over the world. You will partner closely with senior leadership to develop self service tools that allow everybody to have access to relevant insights, and build the foundation of a data driven culture. You will team closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to develop and provide easy access to insights and improve the overall data product offering across the team. In addition to directly developing products, we will look to you for helping guide our data strategy and best practices for analytic tooling and visualization.
