This position is intended to join a large healthcare organization's IT support team in the Phoenix area. This individual would serve as the subject matter expert/project coordinator with the deployment and refresh of their technology infrastructure at 15+ locations across the Phoenix Valley. They would be responsible for serving as a tech lead between health centers, IT and vendors for their IT projects. Approximately 75% of their responsibilities would be project based work requiring time to be shared between home/office project management and onsite project management. The remaining 25% of the time would be spent assisting with escalated tickets and problem resolution. The correct candidate would have both desktop/infrastructure support experience as well as experience/knowledge with project management. Some technologies and environments being customer/patient facing, a friendly communicative personality is a must.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-8+ years Desktop/Infrastructure troubleshooting and installation experience
- Working experience with clinical medical technology
- Experience leading or managing multiple technical infrastructure installation projects
- Ability to travel to multiple locations to plan and coordinate project execution

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Medical Device Troubleshooting (specifically Phillips EKG TC30 machines and Hearform Audiology workstations)
- Experience coordinating with both local IT resources and 3rd party vendors
- Troubleshooting and installation of tablets, receipt printers, cash drawers, E-signature devices and/or credit card terminals
- Experience with Microsoft inTune
- Experience with ServiceNow
