Our client, a leading financial services institution, is seeking an Sr DevOps Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a deep technical understanding, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Sr DevOps Engineer

Location: Atlanta GA, Chandler AZ and Jacksonville FL

Pay Range: Best in the segment on W2

What's the Job?
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex system engineering activities across Payment and Merchant Services technologies.
  • Oversee the application infrastructure architecture, ensuring high availability, scalability, and resiliency to meet corporate LOB objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish hardware/software compatibility, coordinate subsystems design, and integrate total systems.
  • Manage and troubleshoot production issues, addressing Priority1/2/3 incidents and providing solutions.
  • Create, review, and share technical design, deployment, and risk mitigation documents with various teams.


What's Needed?
  • 3-5 years of experience in designing and engineering solutions for large business capabilities, preferably in Payment and Merchant Services.
  • Expertise in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and Application Lifecycle Management Automation tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, or XLR.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and actively participate in technical and business discussions.
  • Knowledge of networking components (Load balancers, firewall) and web application communication protocols (SOAP, HTTP, XML).
  • Experience in Linux (RHEL, CentOS) and cloud computing technologies, with a focus on Azure Core Platform.
