Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (CFG) seeks a Senior Digital Channel Management Partner for its Johnston, RI location.

Duties: Responsible for creating technical solutions to enable conversational AI chat and voice bots in an omni-channel environment. Delivers code for software integration of chatbot solutions. Lambda and Lex functionality, API calls, and other functions. Enables service integrations for bot communication with other banking systems. Responsible for creating web applications using J2EE, Python to integrate enterprise API. Provides leadership and technical vision guidance in a chat and conversational AI context. Manages technical risks when appropriate. Manages digital client experience expectations and delivery timelines as it pertains to logic, code, and solution robustness.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, followed by five (5) years of progressive experience in the role or in a related position. Three (3) years of experience must include: Designing and developing applications to enterprise architecture principles and standards; Utilizing AWS Lex and Conversation builder to assist in intent creation, slot definition, and build process; Conversational AI chatbot development experience with Webhook development experience; Defining and implementing application-level architecture using tools, including PlantUML, Visio, and ABACUS TOGAF; Designing, building, testing, documenting, delivering, and supporting web-based software components and digital experiences using Confluence, PlantUML, IntelliJ, Visual Studio, Post Man, SoapUI, Data Dog, Splunk, and Jenkins; Building cloud-native microservices using Java and NodeJS to retrieve information for mobile and web applications; Designing and building automated ESB frameworks using Springboot, Kaka, and Cassandra; Integrating web and mobile applications using REST API to store, retrieve, update, and delete information from backend systems; Managing API routing for public APIs, partner APIs, private APIs, and composite API systems to ensure accessibility and security; Developing SPAs (single page applications) using angular 2.X to display information from backend systems in a single view; Utilizing expertise in development methodologies, coding concepts, design patterns, frameworks and languages for modern application architectures, including Agile, Java, Javascript J2EE, HTML, DHTML, CSS, XML, Spring, SpringBoot, and Angular; Interfacing with back-end applications using REST, JSON, SOAP, SOA, ESB and J2EE components, including JNDI, JDBC, EJB, Hibernate, Oracle, and MySQL; Utilizing bug tracking tools, including Junit and Jira, to ensure high quality deliverables; and Designing highly-secured online environments that use N-Tier designs, reverse proxies, and extensive firewalling to enhance security, identify risks, and manage vulnerabilities.
