Position Summary:

The Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) provides business and financial advice. This position manages the business along with other Market Unit team members by preparing annual budgets, forecasting, sales analysis, operating expense analysis and interpreting/developing standard reporting.



Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Summarize and interpret key business indicators to provide key stakeholders information that facilitates timely and impactful decisions
• Oversee the monthly review of the financial statements for reasonableness, business trends and opportunities
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, and overhead expenses to improve company performance
• Lead and improve the budgeting, financial forecasting, performance reporting, and modeling tools including development of the budget calendar
• Develop new as well as improve management reports, dashboards, metrics, KPIs, flash reports, performance indicators and business drivers for weekly, monthly, quarterly and periodic presentations to leadership team
• Improve management and operating teams' understanding of financial data with thoughtful and transparent trend and variance analysis and commentary
• Partner with the leadership team to ensure execution on company priorities
• Manage the FP&A team who support Market Units and Functional departments
• Lead and/or support company projects
• Build and maintain a collaborative relationship within the General Ledger team and facilitate timely information gathering and month-end close routine
• Develop and sustain a culture of customer service excellence
• Other projects or duties as assigned
