Sr. Electrical Engineer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a seasoned Sr. Electrical Engineer to assist a client with the design and development of Navy Aircraft. This individual would be involved with projects focused on design development, testing of advanced electrical systems for defense and government applications. This position will be ONSITE 5 days a week.

Responsibilities of Sr. Electrical Engineer:
• Responsible for troubleshooting electrical issues, ensuring system safety, reliability, and compliance with specifications.
• Create Electrical Schematics/Systems using tools like Altium & develop firmware or software in C/C++ or VHDL
• Diagnosing issues in existing systems and conducting tests to validate performance against supportability.
• Identifying Potential Risks in designs and planning for maintenance & supportability.
• Provide expertise in digital logic, analog, digital audio circuits.

Qualifications of Sr. Electrical Engineer:
• 5+ years of experience with electrical design & Engineering
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• Experience with Schematic Capture Programs
• Experience Utilizing FPGA Devices
• Must be clearable and be able to pass a government background Check

Compensation of Sr. Electrical Engineer:
• Salary: 120k-155k
• Compensation: Full Cigna Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, etc.)
