Tesla Energy Support Specialists handle a variety of customer issues while delivering world class customer service. Our team is the front line and face of the Tesla brand. We maintain a level of professionalism that exceeds our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain Tesla's high standards for integrity, customer service and professionalism in all interactions and communications
  • Act as a subject matter expertise and cultivate trust with the customer as their singular point of contact
  • Increase levels of customer satisfaction by providing feedback for improvement to peers and leadership
  • Partner with various Tesla departments to resolve customer concerns
  • Stay up to date on the most current information and tools
  • Adapt, remain flexible, and execute on feedback provided


Requirements
  • 1 year of technical call center experience with a proven record of excellent customer service
  • 1 year of chat experience preferred
  • Strong ability to empathize, listen actively, effectively communicate in verbal and written form with an attention to detail
  • Analytical skills to quickly identify concerns and implement solutions
  • Proven ability to effectively work in Windows and Microsoft office products, while comfortable learning new software platforms
  • Ability to work independently, and be both creative and resourceful when presented with challenging situations

      • Customer Service Representative II - $17.17 - $25.76/hour
      • Customer Service Representative III - $18.70 - $28.05/hour
      • Customer Service Representative IV - $21.08 - $31.62/hour
      • Lead Customer Service Representative - $23.46 - $35.19/hour
      , depending on level + cash and stock awards + benefits

      Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
