Our client is looking for a Sr. Events Coordinator and Communications Manager for a contract to hire position. This will be fully remote work from home with occasional travel. This person will manage large America sales conferences and build related processes for various types of trade shows and events. This role requires a collaborative leader who can develop and implement strategic plans, ensure flawless execution, and drive exceptional results. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of event management, outstanding leadership skills, and the ability to create engaging experiences for attendees and measurable outcomes for the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in internal and external communications
Communications strategy
Experience managing exhibitions and large trade shows
Executive communications support writing
Experience working for PR/Agency firms
Multi-channel communicator
Communications Account Management
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in event management, with a focus on sales conferences and trade shows.
Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events.
Experience in leading and managing teams, including external vendors and partners.
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and processes.
Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
Strong understanding of marketing and communication strategies
Experience in event measurement and analysis, including developing metrics and analyzing data to drive event improvements.
Global experience a plus
