Job Description
SCOPE OF POSITION
The Senior Executive Assistant shall provide secretarial and administrative assistance to the Senior Vice President, President and CEO and to the Board of Directors and/or Committees of Ballad Health. This individual interfaces with members of the Board of Directors, Committee members, Administrative staff, Physicians, Department Directors, and employees, as well as members of the general public. The Assistant is responsible for the smooth operation of the administrative office and the supervision of the administrative office staff.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
See Table of Organization.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor's degree required. In lieu of degree, experience must include a minimum of five years Administrative Assistance experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required and must include a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office. Flexibility, organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative, resourcefulness and a professional demeanor are required. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to carry out duties under limited direction is essential.
