TK Elevator is seeking a Financial Analyst I of FP&A- Strategic Finance/M&A for its Atlanta, GA office.

Responsible for providing financial modelling and analysis to support financial planning, strategic planning and special projects. This role will additionally support M&A expansion through development of detailed valuation models, financial due diligence, and support to integration activities. This role will help drive operational performance and meet TKE financial commitments by providing visibility and analysis of the financial and operational drivers of the organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Responsible for development of financial models that drive forward-looking (annual, quarterly, and monthly) P&L projections, including the annual planning model for the North America Business Unit.
  • Support M&A expansion through development of detailed financial models and providing due diligence and support of integration activities.
  • Lead special projects, strategic planning and other financial initiatives as assigned.
  • Analyze detailed financial statement information including balance sheet, income statement, and key operational data to help drive operational performance.
  • Collect and analyze financial data and prepare workpapers supporting the calculations.
  • Responsible for development of financial presentations to executive leadership and ownership.
  • Other ad-hoc requests, as required by the FP&A Leader.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • BA/BS degree and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering or other related analytical fields.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA/CMA/CFA or demonstrated progress toward a strong plus.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Exposure to management consulting, private equity or similar roles, preferred.
  • Experience working in an environment responsible for delivering strategic initiatives, preferred.
  • 5-7 Years of experience in FP&A, strategy, investment or commercial banking, audit, transaction advisory and/or consulting or corporate positions with a financial or accounting focus.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, BI, EPM Cloud or other financial reporting software a strong plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft, PowerPoint, and Word skills a must.
  • Demonstrated advanced financial modelling skills including ability to construct 3-statement financial models.
  • Solid understanding of financial and valuation concepts/theories including DCF, NPV, and IRR.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of an organization including C-suite executives.
  • Team player who can excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, challenging work environment.
