The Product and Sales Specialist (PSS) organization sits squarely between the product teams who make our ad solutions, and the field teams who sell it. Given this team's unique position within the Ads org, the PSS organization is often called upon to help drive GTM strategy and organizational change when doing so results in clear benefits for our customers.

Rewarded Ads is an innovative new ad experiences that offer customers rewards when they perform an action like buying a brand's products, watching a video on Fire TV, or engaging with a stream on Twitch. These experiences delight customers and deliver results for advertisers. As a Senior GTM Specialist for Rewarded Ads, you will work closely with teams within Product, Sales, and Agency Development to drive demand (adoption, revenue). This includes but is not limited to supporting new product launches, educating sellers/advertisers on product features/capabilities, and keeping a pulse on advertisers/industry to provide Closed Loop Feedback between product and sales.

Key job responsibilities

• \tCreate and drive strategic vision for your assigned agencies and programs through key internal documents

• \tBuild relationships with the external partners in order to drive demand for our solutions

• \tEstablish a partnership with internal and external senior business leaders to drive the business forward

• \tIdentify and provide the right metrics to measure success, providing meaningful feedback to stakeholders through ownership of monthly organizational business reviews

• \tDevelop and execute weekly, and monthly action plans that increase adoption of strategic initiatives

• \tEffectively communicate the business strategy to all levels of the organization, up to and including SVPs

• \tCustomize and deploy GTM strategies and sales initiatives

• \tAct as the primary stakeholder in cross-functional initiatives to push change across Product and Sales

• \tPartner with Product Marketing on sales narratives and help train partner teams where needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of professional or military experience

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations

- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
