Overview

This position involves designing and testing hardware for signal processing applications. The candidate must be able to lead the design efforts, help define requirements and schedules while completing innovative hardware designs involving Xilinx FPGAs, various processors and board designs in Altium. At times, reverse engineering may be needed to better understand the functions of existing circuits before implementing new feature sets.
Responsibilities

• An active TS/SCI w/POLY clearance is required.

• Hardware Engineer and Developer with 10+ years of experience and a bachelor of science degree in a related field or 15+ years of design experience without a degree.

• 8+ years of experience with VHDL/Verilog development with Xilinx/Altera FPGAs

• 5+ years of experience with RF, digital and analog circuit design
Qualifications

• Knowledge with C/C++ and Python is a plus

• Experience using Altium is helpful
