Insight Global is currently looking for a Sr. HR Generalist to join a registered investment advisory firm located in Atlanta, GA. This individual will help oversee a variety of tactical HR needs for our clients national organization. As part of the the larger People Operations Team, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring payroll, benefits plans, and HR policies are operating smoothly. This position requires to work onsite 5x/week for the first 90-days, with the opportunity to work hybrid in the future.

Required Skills & Experience
Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of diverse experience in Human Resources with demonstrated examples of managing complex multi-state payroll needs
Bachelor's degree
SHRM or PHR certification, preferred
Proficient in HR Information Systems with experience in Paycor a bonus
Comfortable in the Microsoft Office ecosystem with high proficiency in Excel
Capable of producing high quality deliverables such as presentations, communication plans, and reports
Self-starter with the ability to execute tasks with little oversight
Excellent ability to manage competing priorities
Intellectual curiosity
Meticulous attention to detail
