As the Senior Project Analyst for the Talent Matters team in L&D, this colleague will be responsible for providing analytical and administrative support for projects within our HR transformation journey. This role involves assisting in project planning, monitoring project progress, and conducting data analysis to support decision-making. The analyst will collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project progression. They will maintain project documentation, track project metrics, and prepare reports for project status updates. Additionally, this colleague will contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the implementation of best practices within HR Transformation.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine assignments that relate to project planning and support, which may include assisting in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Data analysis and reporting, which may include conducting data analysis, to support decision-making and project performance evaluation.
  • Stakeholder collaboration, which may include engaging with partners to gather feedback and address their concerns.
  • Project planning support, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration including documentation and process improvement .by identifying areas of optimization and implementing best practices and standard methodologies to enhance efficiency.
  • Risk assessment and mitigation, which includes monitoring and tracking project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience & Attributes:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously, prioritizing work as appropriate using good judgment techniques.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and planning skills
  • Team player with strong influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced MS Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel skills required.

Hours & Work Schedule
  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5
