WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Site Lead will lead the development and growth of the D2C channel for skinbetter with a hands-on, consumer-centric approach. Grounded in a data-centric mindset, this role will focus on maximizing key consumer-centric KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and revenue. With expertise in site merchandising, promotional strategies, and analytics-driven site experience, the site lead will strategize and execute best-in-class digital programs to align with brand objectives and business needs.

This dynamic leader will collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders, including the VP of Ecommerce & Digital, Digital Solutions, Brand Marketing, Merchandising, DDX, Content, Development, Supply Chain/Demand Planning, IT, Customer Service, and the DMI. The goal is to ensure the achievement of sales targets, ROI, and growth plans while enhancing the medical equity of the brand.

In a fast-paced environment, the Director will multitask effectively, managing both internal and external resources to bring projects to fruition with a result-driven approach. Strong communication skills, project prioritization, proactivity, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Develop promotion programming based on analytics, closely partnering with B2B Marketing.
  • Work closely with the planner to reflect historical and season trends and align merchandising strategy; generate the latest estimates by closely monitoring on the daily trend.
  • Establish merchandising strategy based on data and customer experience while maintaining brand DNA.
  • Serve as the B2C website owner, accountable for the effectiveness of digital campaigns, inventory management, site maintenance, compliance, and 3rd party vendor management.
  • Analyze KPIs/customer journeys to monitor and maximize the effectiveness/ROI of both existing capabilities and new initiatives.
  • Drive UX/UI excellence to increase conversion, synthesizing key learnings from consumer site behavior with strong analytical skills.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, DDX, and Media to evaluate channel growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to evolve skinbetter Better Connect programs and performance.
  • Incorporate SEO enhancements within the site's framework based on observed trends and data-driven insights and develop content with a 3rd party vendor and SEO leads.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the digital team as well as indirect reports.
  • Thorough understanding of brand's marketing objectives to translate operational goals into website executions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to demonstrate a strong digital vision.
  • Basic technical knowledge with experience working with 3rd party integrations, tagging, and pixels.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 6-8 years of digital marketing experience focused on driving sales and growth with measurable results.
  • Preferred minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce, SEM, Retargeting, Media, and Affiliates.
  • Skincare and/or beauty experience is preferred.
  • Experience with agency management.
  • Proficient in analyzing website, CRM, and paid media KPIs, demonstrating strong analytical skills in assessing ROI.
  • Passionate about staying updated on the latest digital trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Natural relationship builder with the ability to work well within a network.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates flawless attention to detail, is a team player, multitasker, and creative thinker.
  • Proven writing skills (technical and creative).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience with Google Analytics.
