TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Manager- Income Tax in Atlanta, GA.

This role is responsible for: (1) management of relationship with third-party tax consultants including data flow between TKEC and consultants (2) management of 2 senior income tax accountants (3) review of monthly, quarterly and annual income tax provisions, (4) review of annual tax return workpaper packages, (5) management of income tax audits and response to income tax notices and (6) other income tax related tasks with minimal direction.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Coordination of income tax compliance work with third-party tax preparers
• Review of monthly, quarterly and annual income tax provisions
• Review of quarterly estimated Federal and state income tax payment calculations
• Review of income tax return packages for paid tax preparers
• Review Federal, state and city income tax returns
• Respond to Federal, state and city income tax notices
• Preparation of income tax expense and cash flow budgets
• Research income tax issues and assist with income tax planning
• Management of Income Tax audits

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• BS Accounting or other relevant degree
• CPA License Preferred
• 10+ years public and/or private income tax compliance experience
• Experience Preparing and reviewing income tax provisions, federal and state tax returns for C Corporations and Single Member LLCs
• Mastery of tax accounting (IFRS knowledge a plus)
• Proficient in current Federal and State Corporate Income Tax Law
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in Microsoft Word
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of CCH AnswerConnect a plus
