Lead and manage a team responsible for driving marketplace fulfillment and how to take assortment overseas so we have it in warehouses ready to ship
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for future network expansion and improvement.
Optimize site costs and operational expenses to ensure cost-effective management of the consolidation network.
Implement programs and operational initiatives aimed at improving efficiencies for sellers and operators.
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align network operations with company objectives and customer needs.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies within the consolidation network.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Warehouse, Fulfillment Services, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing logistics operations, preferably in inventory management
Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans for network expansion and improvement.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in logistics and inventory management
